My SAFEX C.12 is configured and running an application. However, on the EtherCAT bus, it constantly goes to Safe-OP with the diagnostic ' 0x001B: Sync manager watchdog'. If I command the bus to OP again, it reaches OP state but then goes into Safe-OP after a random amount of time. All other slaves on the bus are ok. This is a small application for STO outputs with some hardwired inputs. That is, no FSoE for this project. I cannot find a potential cause nor remedy for this situation.

I'm finding that the EoE tab is not showing up, even when the 'Expert Settings' option is checked. It works for other slaves, but these ifm AL1333 masters are not displaying that tab.

Go to Settings --> Information --> Performance. Are there any CPU cores maxed out or at an otherwise very high percentage?

What are the details of your application? ModbusTCP is not specific to ctrlX. All slip rings are also different. There will be a degredating in the signal, due to the slip ring, which may impact the data throughput on that TCP segment. Higher quality slip rings will have less degredation and thus perform better for the network. It is a function of the slip ring design: quality of the materials used, size/bore diameter, etc.

That's very interesting. My results are not the same. When I try for the offline import in ctrlX PLC Engineering, this is all I see: The SAFEX_C12 and Festo_ValveBus are not there. This must be a bug, no? I am on V1.18 of both I/O and PLC.
