@Brucewang159 , There is some documentation in the manual section 21.12.1 Grid Control. I also cannot understand how to add rows. It seems they are designed as read only display of existing tables in a database. I will forward the question to a contact at Weidmuller.

Hi @Felix_ , Are you executing the script in the browser or in a script interpreter instance? You'll want to run in an interpreter instance to automatically authenticate on the integrated datalayer library.

@Felix_ , Try using the symlink 'activeConfiguration/script/test.py'. The path you have listed is too long for a STRING(80). Both of your listed paths work in my test project attached. Set .HMI_Variables.bStartScript TRUE to execute the python script on interpreter instance Demo1.

@CodeShepherd , Do we have any documentation on this? I see the information on using the existing unix sockets (ie. licensing-service), and binding a webserver to a unix socket within a single application, but what about data exchange between apps?
