Unable to start PLC Apps

Dear Team, please check on this video. Upon startup this happen and the COREX randomly let us login. In certain case, we can only access to the Settings (e.g. to change to SERVICE Mode). Please help. Thank you.

Perhaps some cache issue of the browser?

Have you tried to connect via another web browser?

Go to Settings --> Information --> Performance. Are there any CPU cores maxed out or at an otherwise very high percentage?

Dear Team, thank you for answering the question. It seems to be a known issue for the battery.
