Hello, there is a mistake in your configuration of the axisprofiles. You have 2 profiles but assigned the same device to it (A4a_Deck4_Anilox) So your axisprofile configuration should look like Name Device name Device address Profile 1 A4a_Deck4_Anilox 1001 Profile 2 sencond_device 1002 It is not allowed to assigne the same device/device address to more than one profile.

Hello, may be your selection is a adress of a special block of ip-adresses called Zeroconf (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP-Adresse) see table, only in german wiki (english: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc3927) This could be a restriction for your case.

Hello, you added all the cyclic data to your plc application. I think this is the problem here. Remove the MDT.Position_Command_value and MDT.Master_control_word from the PLC (like it was on the X3) Then it should work. In your actual configuration it can be that the PLC will write a 0 to this data in every cycle and so the signal will never be <> 0

To configure EoE you have to do both. The setting in IO Engineering and for the networkinterfaces (EoE and your engineering port) But there has to be also a route on your pc. This is normally set if you click on the sign in the ethercat page. You can check the route with cmd box : route print there should be an entry like 172.31.0.0 255.255.0.0 IP_of_ctrlX IP_of_networkadapter You can even set the route manually with route add 172.31.0.0 MASK 255.255.0.0 IP_of_ctrlX
