Hello, to use X7 i recommend to update ctrlX Works to 1.20 The versions of the apps you can find either from HOME --> + install an app or via Settings --> APPs Or you can generate a system report and attach it here, than i can read out the version. And here you even can find the online-help. If you have still problems we can do a teams-call too.

What version are you using? Backup and restore is not for switching from one control to an other. Depending of the version you are using there is a possibility by using the setup functionality. Or you can just save the configuration and upload it to the X7.

Hello, the support of X7 startet with 1.18 RM22.11. But i recommend 1.20 RM2303 for using X7. You have to update the complete system by image update if your X7 is on 1.12

Here is an entry in the log. I think you have to check your operation mode. Name: Profile_1; Type: CoE; Addr: 1005; current drive operation mode: Unknown, which is not supported

I think the easiest way would be to generate a system report with active app data and add it here.
