CtrlX7 EtherCat Master app installation failed

Hello,
I am trying to install the EtherCAT Master app on the core CtrlX7.
Unfortunately, the following message comes up every time:

EtherCAT Master ECM-V-0112.4.app (Architecture amd64 not supported)
or for another version:

EtherCAT Master ECM-V-0112.3.app (Architecture amd64 not supported)

What am I doing wrong?

Hello, the support of X7 startet with 1.18 RM22.11.
But i recommend 1.20 RM2303 for using X7.

You have to update the complete system by image update if your X7 is on 1.12

How can I update the system and where can I get the recommended version?
I only found the CtrlX Works version 1.12.10 under the link.

You can find 1.20 or other pre-released versions in the pre-release area of the collaboration room. See FAQ for ctrlX Store for further information.
