If you open the Engineering tool for an EoE device out of the ctrlX OS Web UI, like ctrlX DRIVE Engineering for our ctrlX DRIVES, the routes are set automatically to your Windows PC. Hi @bschmidt , Please use the latest firmware release 1.0.1.51 FPGA 221. This version has performance and timing optimizations intended to also solve/improve the Sync Manager Watchdog issue. After firmware update it is mandatory to perform a power-on reset. Regarding the diagnostics log "At least one slave in error status" means that one slave reported an error to broadcast read of register 0x130 (AL status).
