Writing External Braking Resistor Data with TwinCAT Startup List

I am trying to write P-0-0858, Data of external braking resistor to a SoE drive. I found this post about doing it with CoE. I came up with what I think are the correct values, but when I put them into TwinCAT the values are not written. Does anyone have any experience with this?
