Hi!
I use ctrlx Core X3 with firmware: 18, and WebIQ app 2.13 in my system.
Unfortunately i have the following experience. If my machines are switched on continously for ~1 day or more, then my webIQ project usually stops working. Unfortunately at this case the web iq runtime is also not reachable on the ctrlX (host:10123). After restarting ctrlX core everything starts working perfectly, and the web iq runtime page gets also available.
After reboot of two machines I downloaded the logfiles. So these were created after the mentioned bug, and after restart.
I attached them.

Do you mean this?
1. Your HMI is not accessible anymore even when completely closing all your browser windows and starting a fresh browser session in such a way that when accessing your URL you don't see anything and eventually a timeout in your browser?
2. The same happens when accessing the WebIQ Runtime Manager when trying to open it in a browser?

WebIQ 2.14 is now alvailable in the store. Please give here a feedback, if your issue is solved or not.
Feedback from customer: Problem fixed in 2.14
