Hi I tried to use SAFEX C15 as an FSOE master, having a ctrlx Drive FSOE slave. My ethercat master is a VPB40, with Twincat runtime. I used the following setup: With this, I had the following error at drive : I checked at Twincat the data of FSOE, and I realized, that totally random numbers where changing at the SAFEX FSOE slave bytes. SAFEX C15 provided SLAVE CRC ERROR After changing ctrlX drive slave device in SAFEX to Indradrive CS Slave device everything started to work correctly. Can you please give me some hints, how it is possible,that my ctrlx Drive works just with Indradrive CS slave device!

Hi all! Is there any way to get a trial of this release today? We will have a 3 day customer/marketing event from tomorrow, where we have 3 instances running. It would be nice if I would not have to restart the exhibited machines in every hour. Thank you in advance!

Hi! I use ctrlx Core X3 with firmware: 18, and WebIQ app 2.13 in my system. Unfortunately i have the following experience. If my machines are switched on continously for ~1 day or more, then my webIQ project usually stops working. Unfortunately at this case the web iq runtime is also not reachable on the ctrlX (host:10123). After restarting ctrlX core everything starts working perfectly, and the web iq runtime page gets also available. After reboot of two machines I downloaded the logfiles. So these were created after the mentioned bug, and after restart. I attached them. Thank you in advance!
