@GoHawks and @Dias , for the time being the ICS Input element muting is not available for IO on the SAFEX-C.1x. A short term solution or workaround has to be addressed in the application talks. For the later a clear specification of the expected behavior has to be provided, e.g. to generate a work-around: What alarms shall be muted? Is it just a bypass that shall mute the activation of the light curtain? If it is a bypass, are there any other limitations to be added? Min/Max time, etc. What inputs and outputs shall the workaround block have? What input/output behavior is expected as truth table and in time dimension? @Dias : Any proposals for a workaround? COE has been supported by the CtrlX Motion App for some time now. Below is some info on using 3rd party COE drives with the CtrlX Motion App. https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/t5/ctrlX-MOTION/Third-party-EtherCat-servo-drives-CiA402-profile-and-ctrlX/m-p/57261 Not to be confused with the CoDeSys Softmotion add on. For that, i believe it only supports SOE for now. Both ways use PLC open function blocks for motion so in someways they are very similar from the PLC programmers perspective.

I have reproduced this situation， if MC_Stop.Exexute:=TRUE AND MC_JOG.JogForward ：=FALSE THEN MC_JOG.Active:=TRUE, No alarms will appear.

Hello, Yes, this issue has been addressed to development team. In the meantime, we could find a work around. Basically, after a while, Slave was going in "sleep mode". With some code, we keep it alive and avoid any communication failure (in my case, time-out): By the way, Ethernet/IP scanner 4.4.0.0 must not be used sinced it leads to EtherCAT issue!! My inputs on EtherCAT (from IO or EFC or CtrlX Drive stuck at value 0): This is something also explained in another post:
