This might have nothing to do with this issue, but your Axis Profile Scaling shown in your motion config document shows COE_CALC_DRIVE. For 3rd party drives and COE control, you need to set it to COE_CALC_CONTROL. Hello, Is there a way to invert the direction of an axis on the Motion app with COE? My customer is using a 3rd party servo which can not invert the direction/negate the position reference on the drive side. This particular axis is going to be used in a gantry configuration and thus needs to synchronize to another axis which is mechanically mirrored. Therefore when one axis moves forward, the other will move in the opposite direction when put into gantry mode. This is undesirable. Go Hawks. CtrlX 1.20.5

COE has been supported by the CtrlX Motion App for some time now. Below is some info on using 3rd party COE drives with the CtrlX Motion App. https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/t5/ctrlX-MOTION/Third-party-EtherCat-servo-drives-CiA402-profile-and-ctrlX/m-p/57261 Not to be confused with the CoDeSys Softmotion add on. For that, i believe it only supports SOE for now. Both ways use PLC open function blocks for motion so in someways they are very similar from the PLC programmers perspective.

You might want to check the standstill windows in the drive in case the velocity dither (noise) is causing this function block to report that it is still moving.
