at the moment (FW:1.0.1.45-212 / ENG:1.7.6.9968), the SICK microscan3 has to be used without "Safety configuration check" - please disable it !
The development is working on the fix of this issue. Hint: At the moment the "Safety Configuration Identifier" has to be entered in the ctrlX SAFETY Engineering Tool in decimal number, but SICK Safety Designer sows the Identifier in HEX number. But the correct has to be entered when the check is working correct at a later engineering and Firmware of ctrlX SAFETY.
