In general for the access to the flatbuffer you a need a library that is including their definitions. When clicking on the schema you will see the flatbuffer used. Normally by simply search in the PLCs library manager for this flatbuffer and it should find the corresponding library.  Please also tell us ther version of the system and the DriveConnect App you are using. ... Can you check parameter S-0-0124 standstill window of your drive. If i command the fixed stop with a velocity value below this parameter i get an error too. But if i command with a value above the standstill window it works.
