I encountered the same problem while using the ctrlx drive！I used the XCD drive，One of the axes can be enabled, but an other axis display 'standstill pending' when I enabled！

Note: the Panel version that i used is AE1. I have another panel that has AC1 version and does not work properly. I have seen F2901 and sometimes does not even is able to restore parameters.

We switched the NAT out for a ctrlX. I think the problem was largely on the Rockwell NAT hardware/building network.
