In short there is no way of resetting the password. You will have to send the control back to the service of Boschrexroth to reset the control to factory state. All data will be lost in that case! EDIT: As an update to this thread please have a look to this topic. We always suggest to add a backup user with full rights to the system so if one is blocked the other could be used.

I thought I already answered this question but anyway. Yes, there is fault in the documentation that will be fixed in the next releases. Correct description: 0-9: Highest real time priority system tasks and scheduler 10-19: High priority system tasks 20-40: High priority real time tasks 41-99: normal priority real time tasks 100-139: non real time tasks

There are quite less information about your settings of the communication. How did you set the Rexroth communication node? In the ctrlX CORE there has nothing special to be done. You just need a user with the necessary rights but that's the same than on localhost.

In short: Download the .snap (arm64=real, amd=virtual) file with a existing system then copy it and install it to the ctrlX CORE. There was a quite similar discussion already in this topic.
