In the ctrlX MOTION version 1.0.4 it is not possible to group an robot when an axis is matched to the meaning "MAIN_AXIS_A", "MAIN_AXIS_B" or "MAIN_AXIS_C".
If you need have auxiliary axis please use the meaning "FREE_AXIS_x".

The actual recommendation is to restart the control after each load of an configuration.

Please make sure that after installing the system was switched back to "Operation mode" in the installing area. Otherwise the system will not boot up normally and real time apps are paused:
