Hello Yul725, if the DLL would not be found on Windows you'd simply not be able to see any of those fields in the IO Handler configuration when selecting the corresponding IO Handler. So we can rule out that this is an issue here on Windows as it would simply show "IO Handler not available" just like when you'd rename that entry: As you didn't state how you have connected to ctrlX via WebIQ Designer can you please specify if you are connecting directly to ctrlX using the --ws-host parameter or if you have a local instance of WebIQ Server you are using? Hello Yul725, there's no need to use two different IO Handlers. If you just omit ".dll" from the corresponding field it will work on both Windows and Linux systems. There is always only one OPC UA IO Handler available in WebIQ - not two. With ".dll" you explicitly tell WebIQ to load the DLL, which will fail on Linux as there it is a .so file. Omitting the extension will make it work on both systems. Regards, Sascha Kimmel

Hello, all ASCII characters and all Turkish characters are available in UTF-8 so if you have problems displaying those characters they are not transferred/created as two-byte UTF-8 characters correctly. This also explains this in detail: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/14680059/how-to-define-declare-utf-8-code-points-for-turkish-special-chars-non-ascii-to OPC-UA defines UTF-8 as the encoding. WebIQ fully supports UTF-8 - you could even use Emojis as item names if you wanted. Questions regarding the PLC side (ctrlX) can only be answered by Bosch Rexroth. Regards, Sascha Kimmel

Hello, this is per se not a WebIQ issue but a logical issue where you have to find a logical solution regarding locking as in a multi-user system parallel uses are possible. You also need to take into consideration that when someone has exclusive access he might be able to lock the system indefinetly if you do not have an automatic unlocking implemented after a certain time with no action has been implemented.
