Axis profile cannot switch to run

It used to works without error and then comes out this warning. Not sure what is this as cannot find the help file.

we need more information about this issue

• * What version you are using?
• * What's happend before?
  • Do you upgrade some/all apps?
  • Do you change the scheduler settings?
  • Do you load a configuration?

Currently it seems that the axis-profile is not called by the scheduler again. Below an example of the scheduler configuration (of my virtual core)... Maybe you can check this settings on your core. Important are the callables under ctrlX Automation..

Hi Jochen,

The version i am using is 1.20 which i got it from the collaboration room. All the apps has been updated to 1.20 version.

I have check the scheduler it dont seems to have the callables like yours

I think the easiest way would be to generate a system report with active app data and add it here.

To clarify things:

1. You had a ctrlX CORE in some older version (<1.20)
2. Application was working
3. You updated app by app to version 1.20
4. application not longer working

If yes I guess your scheduler settings are corrupted and needs to be corrected. Please have a look to topic "Motion app hangs in Configuration/Running after booting", there it is mentioned how to reset your scheduler settings.
