Unrecovereable installation of ctrlX SAFETY Engineering 1.7.1.8239

Hi,

I'm unable to use the ctrlX SAFETY Engineering 1.7.1.8239. I had it running a few days ago, even succesfully did a comissioning of a SAFEX-C.15. Now the following error pops up at initialization and is persistent through uninstall and install.

Please, advise on how to proceed.

For those who might have the same issue.

I fixed it by uninstalling the software and then, deleting the folders in the paths below:

C:\Program Files\Rexroth\ctrlX WORKS\cxse 1.7.1.8239

C:\ProgramData\Rexroth\cxse

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Rexroth\cxse

After that, I have installed it again and it worked.
