Error reset of EDM block

Hi everybody,

I want to use the EDM block of the SAFEX-C.12 for feedback loop monitoring.

Yet I am not able to Reset the Error of the EDM Block via external Rest.

The actual settings/wirings/interconnections are shown in the pictures attached.

Am I linking the external Reset correctly? Any thoughts were my mistake could be?

By the way, if i use the setting "als Block-Reset (Schließer) verwenden" in the Reset properties, I get Error F1333.

Hi @MST,

Unfortunatly in the current release the reset process of the EDM block is not well implemented.

As a workaround you can setup the Input Element Start/Reset as "Use as Alarm-Reset" and it will clear your EDM block. IMPORTANT: This will also, reset your logic. So validate if this workaround is useful to you.

If not, I would recommend to not use the EDM function block until the fix is done.
