Static IP Address WebPanel WR21

Hello,
Unfortunately I am not able to assign a static IP address to my WebPanel WR21. After I assigned a static IP address to the device via the settings, it seems to be overwritten again. After saving and opening the IP settings for e.g. ETH1 again everything is empty. Also a connection to my ctrlX CORE, which is in the same network via the Chromium web browser of the WR21 is not possible. A ping from my computer to the WR21 is also not possible. How can I assign a static IP address to an WR21 WebPanel?

Try assigning ETH1 and connect your cable to ETH2 in WR21.

interface of ethernet 1 and 2 are interchanged.

Ethernet 1 is XETH2, Ethernet 2 is XETH1

plaese find attached some pictures of the configuration. I connect the ctrlX HMI Device to an ctrlX CORE X3 with the networkconfig 192-168.1.1/16 on XF10.
