Offline Help for ctrlX Drive Engineering

Hello,

I've noticed offline help does not work if CtrlX Drive FW version is > 3.06.

From version 3.08, the software opens a Internet browser which is less user friendly than offline help.

 

Also, if not connected to internet, this feature does not make any sense.

Is there a way to force access to offline help?

I mean not using following work around:

There is no other access to the help contents except on as you showed in your second screen shot.

I'm not happy with that !

I like to show customers (workshop, show...) how easy the access is to our parameter information and error informations in the help.

But if I'm connected to the ctrlX DRIVE I cannot be online to the internet due to companies restricitions....
