Drive does not accept the Home switch signal over Ethercat : C0607

Drive does not accept the Home switch signal over Ethercat : C0607

When switching over from indradrive to ctrlX drive we face the following behavior.

The home switch is configured over the Ethercat Bus. Signal Control word.

But During Homing the axis is arguing that the reference input is not assigned. But its set on bit 15 as you see above

We now wired it to the drive. But this should be possible. What could be the cause ?

Please provide parameter set for existing, working IndraDrive solution and for not working ctrlX DRIVE solution. Use format "all parameters"!

See attachments for parameter files

Indraworks S-0-0400 is communicated trough signal control word (S-0-0145), homming is succeed

CtrlX doesn't reconize S-0-0400 trough the signal control word error C0607 pop up.

Previous Torque value was scoped on an older machine, this machines uses the index puls of the encoder for the reference run. This also generates a torque peak.

Added new parameter file of the X'axis machine with Indradrives, this machine uses the home switch (S-0-0400) within the control word.

Any news here or can this topic be closed?

This behavior has been accepted as a bug and will be resolved in the next release scheduled for end of March 2023. Up to that time the homing switch needs to be wired to the drive to a digital input.

we have now wired the home switch to the drive to reduce lag on this input. When communicating the home switch with EtherCat we have to consider the extra lag by the PLC cycle time (x ms)

This ticket can be closed.

Last week I performed at test regarding the homing switch configured in the Signal control word.
Unfortunataly, the he ctrlX drive with FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.05 still didn't recognize the homing switch when it is configured in the Signal control word. Will this bug be solved in a next release?
