WebIQ Error Connection

I have a WebIQ application running on CtrlX Core.
Ctrlx App Release V1.20.
WebIQ Server App 2.14.3.

Sometimes the WebIQ application becomes unreachable.
I can't find any messages in the Logbook.
Trying to open WebIQ Runtime Manager I get the error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

Can anyone help me understand the cause of the problem and fix it?

Hi @alnapi ,

If you reboot, the CORE can you access the runtime manager? If so, could you please download and post the logs under Settings-->Log Settings at the bottom of the page?

There is a known incompatability with ctrlX V1.20 and WebIQ V2.13, but this was fixed in V2.14. The versions listed should be compatible.

I confirm, if I reboot the control I can reach the runtime manager.
Unfortunately, before restarting, I did not proceed to download the log in CSV format. I'll do it next time.

In the meantime, I will try to install the version you recommend: I use the conditional because the machine is already in production.

I meant that the versions you specified should be compatible. There should be no need to change versions, however there is a new major version of 2.15 released at this point.

Please note that there was an issue that was presumed to be fixed but it wasn't as it looks until WebIQ 2.15.6 which will hopefully be released soon for ctrlX. I cannot give you any timing on this, because it's currently in Bosch Rexroth testing.
