Hello,
I am having difficulty verifying my WebIQ license when opening WebIQ Designer. I have verified in Services that WebIQ Server and WebIQ License Agent are both running. I configured the WebIQ Designer settings following exactly the steps from WebIQ V2.12.1 for ctrlX CORE and PC based HMI installation. Attached are the services picture and the WebIQ designer error

Hello autoMate,
the error message states that the WebIQ Server service, which runs as a backend component on the ctrlX, cannot be reached.
In your picture you show the LicenseAgent on your PC.
Can you answer the following questions:
- Are you using the ctrlX Core version or the PC version?
- What is the setting for launching the WebIQ Designer? Can you post a screenshot here?
