Hello I had this same issue I eventually found my password. But I asked Rexroth and was told I had to send the WR21 back to Rexroth to have it reset by them. I would suggest reaching out to them to ask about this.

Hello I'm have my ctrlx core, WR21 HMI Screen, and PC linked one same incoming ethernet network. I've published my WebIQ project and clicked on "open in browser" but unfortunately this link I get won't load in my WR21 screen? Is there a way to create a universal link to a WebIQ project where devices not on the same network can access the server and therefore project. Link we can go boschrexroth.com and not be on the same network. Thanks

I'm having the same issue I followed that form and deleting and redownloading that app. I still got the same error. Any thoughts?

Hello, I am having difficulty verifying my WebIQ license when opening WebIQ Designer. I have verified in Services that WebIQ Server and WebIQ License Agent are both running. I configured the WebIQ Designer settings following exactly the steps from WebIQ V2.12.1 for ctrlX CORE and PC based HMI installation. Attached are the services picture and the WebIQ designer error

I'm needing to access the WebIQ Server Log File, I have the WebIQ Server App(Runtime App) downloaded to my ctrlX CORE. Could someone please supply the steps on navigating to the mentioned log file?
