I purchased a 1K license for CtrlX, the license has been activated on CtrlxCORE and has an unlimited expiration date.
I downloaded the Designer from the Collaboration Room, installed it and created the shortcut with the dedicated software.
Shortcut parameters: IP Address 192.168.1.1, Port 10123.
"C:\Program Files\WebIQ\Designer\webiq-designer.exe" --ws-host=192.168.1.1 --ws-port=10123 --user-data=webiq-designer192.168.1.1-10123
Starting the Designer via the shortcut, after logging in, a page for requesting license activation opens (I attach image).
The date-time of the CtrlX is ok.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app on CtrlX; I also tried reinstalling the Designer on PC.
Can you help me understand the problem and solve it?

can you try and remove the last Ip-port address after webiq-desinger? it is working on my machine with the target:
"C:\Program Files\WebIQ\Designer\webiq-designer.exe" --ws-host=192.168.1.1 --ws-port=10123 --userdata=webiq-designer
I had already made this attempt.
Unfortunately it does not solve the problem.

If I try to connect the Designer to another ctrlxCore with the trial license installed, everything works correctly.

In our remote session we saw that the license code you installed was "SWL-W-PCx-WIQxxRUNx001Kxx-NNNN". This is the license code for the ctrl-X PC version of WebIQ.
The license code: "SWL-W-XCx-WIQxxRUDx001Kxx-NNNN" is required for ctrl-X Core.
If you install the correct license code, your application should run.
