Hej,
I have a customer, who sometimes experiences problems getting through the log-on screen, where it will just be 'connecting' indefinitely:
This seems to occur randomly half of the time.
He has no problems pining the device nor logging into the ctrlX in other ways, e.g. though the browser.
Both the Designer and Server app are of version 2.13.

@HmiGuide Can you please move this to the correct forum?
WebIQ is a network-based system - as such WebIQ Designer talks to the local WebIQ Server or the WebIQ Server on the ctrlX.
If a local firewall is blocking this issues like these can occur. You should ensure that *all* local firewall and antivirus software is disabled/uninstalled temporarily. If the issue then is gone WebIQ is probably not the issue, but the firewall/antivirus software blocking the network connection.
