Fanuc Ethernet/IP communications

Has anyone communicated with a fanuc robot and Ctrl X over Ethernet/IP?  I'm trying to set this up but running into an error saying "invalid connection size".

One thing I've seen is that the Codesys EIP settings only can group the data into 8 bit (byte) chunks while the Fanuc robot groups them into 16 bit chunks.  I tried to specify the size in CtrlX to match the overall size, but this is still not working.

Has anyone done this before?

Hello

Normally when you configure 2 Byte for one Word, like you explain, it should match and work. Is there more detail diagnosis in the Ethernet/IP Scanner or Adapter status page?

Is a device description EDS file available for the Fanuc robot?

Can you share settings of the generic device in the ctrlX PLC Engineering project or a project archive.
The configuration or info about the Fanuc Ethernet/IP configuration will be helpful as well.

I have the same problem like this. But I used Allen Bradley IO coupler.

The error is the same, is there any experience could share to us?
