Customer used ctrlX core to connect the Allen Bradley IO coupler (type: 1734-AENT) ctrlX could scan the device, but couldn't read the signal from IO coupler. Is there any other parameter should be set?

Customer choose ctrlX core to connect HMC throuth EtherNet IP. The setting is as attached pic, but the HMC cannot be scanned by ctrlX. Is the setting was wrong or there is another thing need to be set?
