ctrlX connect AB IO coupler through EtherNet IP

Customer used ctrlX core to connect the Allen Bradley IO coupler (type: 1734-AENT)

ctrlX could scan the device, but couldn't read the signal from IO coupler.

 Is there any other parameter should be set?
