Hi CodeWasi, Dongle is registered and works very well since several months I have access to FlexNet. I tried also a this dongle under 3.2 with this FlexProfile licence same problem. I had to move the Licence on the Device so the core can see it. thks

Hello, SWL-XC*-MOT-FLEXPROFILE**-NNNN R911417994 installed on 8GB DONGLE is not seen by ctrlX core X3 (Updated with System image 2.6.4). Can you help to figure out how I can solve this issue ? Followed the usal Steps : Generated Licence, Generated Capability Response , Checked the Capabilty file with the View to make sure my Licence was there and then replaced the new downloaded Bin file in Licencing Folder of the DONGLE. Hello, I have received a SAFEX-C.15 previouly used but cannot get to communicate with it, I tried several PCs HP, Lenovo and Dell and several USB-C cable ( short) docking station, usb concentrators, and 180 deg connector swaping. I always get the wrong serial # message. I am Using ctrlX safety Eng 1.8.3.10207. I tried also EoE with ctrlX core with appropriate routing with same results. any other idea what else could I try ? Thanks.
