With a SoftMotion axis configured as "modulo", it had been observed in a variety of cases that the position command value is failing to rollover at the defined modulo. For example, with MC_CamIn (see attached for cam definition): The consequence of this is that for sufficiently large commanded position, the axis stops: MC_GearInPos and MC_MoveRelative behave similarly. Am I missing something in the setup? Test axis: IndraDrive, MPB-20 firmware. CODESYS SoftMotion 4.10.0.0. ctrlX CODESYS Softmotion Adapter 1.10.0.3.

Just a tip: You can use flag UBUNTU_STORE_ARCH to specify the snap architecture when downloading. This allows you to download, for example, a snap built for ARM64 to an AMD64 machine. IMO most people will find this easier than downloading to a docker image.

If you are willing to make your code public, you can build snaps for ctrlX CORE and ctrlX COREvirtual using Canonical's auto-build server: https://snapcraft.io/build Once configured, each update that you push to your GitHub repository will automatically trigger a rebuild of your project. Re: ctrlX CODESYS SoftMotion Adaption 1.10.0.3 I am able to successfully write to 4-byte drive parameters using SMC3_ETC_SoE_IdnWrite4: However, SMC3_ETC_SoE_IdnRead4 configured similarly fails to return data: Note that the FB completes execution (xDone=TRUE) but that uisDataLength is wrong (2, not 4). Does anyone have any input on this? Library version CXA_ETC_ITF (Bosch Rexroth) is 4.10.0.0.

Just a comment on the snap that aFouraker references here: In this use case it is not required to install SQLite separately. The associated snap runs as a standalone, referencing SQLite internally. When creating an app like this the only requirement is to import the sqlite3 module in your Python code. Further, since this module is included in the standard Python library (unlike here jsonschema), it is not required to make reference to it in your snapcraft.yaml file:
