Hello @smueller , Sorry for my late reply due to business with customers. The CtrlX Client is directly connected on an internet box like my PC with which connection to Server is ok by UA Expert. We do not use any VPN connection and OPC server is reachable through internet. I'll send you a private message with required user authentification so that you can try as well from your side. Hello EDF-UTA, You mean using ctrlX Core with third party drives right? If so I am not sure as I have never tested it before, Maybe someone in the forum has experience with this and can help you...

For the scan case you could try to check the sync settings of the drive. Please check the suppliers manual for needed settings. For the inserting by hand case please check the cyclic communication settings if the device description file brought the correct configuration, as it seems that the IO parameter are not fitting. We are currently doing tests with AMI8xxx connected via CoE and its working fine using the standard configuration. Please also see the "3rd party EtherCAT slave interoperability list" where already tested devices are listed.

Hello, I made another try by uninstalling WebIQ App, then set the Core to correct Date and Time before rebooting. I re-installed WebIQ App and now everything is operating well since license is properly seen in WebIQ manager. Many thanks for your involvement and support.
