CtrlX IO Engineering with Beckhoff AX5000 series

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a CtrlX IO configuration with Beckhoff devices. Everything is Ok with IO modules but there is an issue with Drive AX5203-0000-0202.

If I use the scan option, AX5203-0000-0214 is discovered instead of AX5203-0000-0202 and download is therefore possible but communication is in error (SAFE-OP => 0x0037, error with SYNC1).

If I update to corresponding device (AX5203-0000-0202), download is not possible anymore (see errors on picture).

Version in use is V1.20.5 but same problem with V2.04.1

Has anyone already experienced commissioning with Beckhoff Drives and CtrlX?

For the scan case you could try to check the sync settings of the drive. Please check the suppliers manual for needed settings.

For the inserting by hand case please check the cyclic communication settings if the device description file brought the correct configuration, as it seems that the IO parameter are not fitting. 

We are currently doing tests with AMI8xxx connected via CoE and its working fine using the standard configuration.
