Steps to go: Search for dongle in Device Portal (device needs to be claimed if not be found) Assign licenses to dongle Download license file Plug in the the dongle into ctrlX CORE Assign license file via ctrlX CORE web UI ctrlX CORE transfers file to SD-card We will add the information to our "FAQ Licensing with ctrlX AUTOMATION".

Hi Radwa, yes I would recommend to turn of your AppLocker, restart the PC and create a new App Build Environment. btw.: In case your PC is managed by Bosch-IT you can deactivate the AppLocker in the "IT Workplace Toolkit". Best regards, Nick
