How is it possible to connect to a ctrlX CORE not shown in ctrlX WORKS or network folder without knowing its IP?

Unfortunately deleting the browser cache files did not lead to better results. I will contact the service department in Lohr. Thank you for your help and quick responses! With best regards, Jacob

As an extension: When you check command state with a random ID value, the state is undefined. Customer have to make sure to use a valid ID.

There are quite less information included in your post: What is the version of your drive and control firmware? Is a drive integrated ctrlX CORE or a standalone? Did you try to click on OP? What errors are in the diagnostic log? Did you already configure an axis profile? You could add a system report of your ctrlX CORE, there many information are already included.
