Hello Uwe, the background is customer is using our XVR+3*XMS+3*high speed 3rd party motor(rated speed 6500 RPM) with the MB_TorqueBalance in XM42 , customer think the less ripple will help more stable tension control.And they are also considering to use the XVE. Do we have the rough or draft data of the ripple for XVR or XVE? thank you! B.R. Henry

Dear Colleagues, one of our customer is aksing whether our drive can evaluate the digital encoder with the resolution 36 bits. according to our MPx21 application manual, 6.6 measuring system, the Max. resolution is 30 bit and we can not do this application. but in ctrlX runtime manual, the max. vlaue is 48 bit now, is this means we can evaluate the 36 bit encoder now? Dear Colleagues, I use the ctrlX Works 2.2.1 and ctrlX COREvirtual 2.2.3. the motion app 1.20 can not be installed. where I can download the motion app with 2.2 version? I can not find it in our Collaboration Rooms. B.R. Henry
