To reset the WebIQ server on ctrlX core you have to uninstall and reinstall the server. As far I understood it, SmartHMI provides some common info how to install WebIQ on Linux systems, but the ctrlX enironment is a special setup for ctrlX.

In the network menu you should have a WiFi tab. There you can delete your current connection and crete a new one with the '+' button. See below This is using version 1.20

Fastest way of updating is to use a system image to go to the version you like. That is also the recommended way updating from 1.12 to 1.20. See our online documentation how to do so.
