How to run a ctrlX CORE virtual inside a virtual machine (VM)

A customer has installed ctrlX WORKS inside the Oracle VM VirtualBox 6.1 (Win10). Now we are not able to start the ctrlX CORE virtual. Has anybody experience with that?

The custumer itself installed the QEMU (virtualisation software) and manipulated the *.bat file of the virtual control image. I think there is/was a issue with the hardware acceleration settings inside the *.bat file. After that, the custumer was able to start the ctrlX CORE virtual inside a VM with WIN10.

It would be very useful when we provide a solution for this (run ctrlX WORKS/CORE virtual inside a VM). Because a lot of people install software within a VM.

It is possible to use the ctrlX virtual inside VirtualBox. But it is very performanceless, because of the missing hardware acceleration.

So if customers don't need performance they can use the virtual control inside VirtualBox.
