Warning message

Hello,
I'm trying to make a simple project in ctrlX Safety Engineering, and when I'm trying to connect to the ctrlX Safety the following warning appears: Current document configuration is not synced with configuration of
connected device. The layout diagnosis is not possible.

And then it won't let me do anything, I can only disconnect.
Does anyone knows how to solve this?
I'm using SAFEX-C.12 and ctrlX SAFETY Engineering 1.8.3.10207.

Hello @AndreR5 ,

The message is "normal" when the opened project that just connected does not match the project currently running\loaded in the control.

Please try clicking on the "Secure" (key) icon then enter default password (boschrexroth). If successful, the "Send Configuration" and other icons should become active then you can Send Configuration (download) the project.
