Are the versions from App Motion and ctrlX WORKS consistent?

Or check Version of device in your plc project

below in th epicture you can see the version of both app.

i updated my WORK app and tried again but again same error is there.

for ctrlX WORKS i have this WRK-V-0112.10 now.

It seems that you have a missmatch with your device in the plc. Please check the device-version and the versions in the library-manager.
I found CXA_Motion* . It seens that there is a newer than 1.12 on your system.
