Bit Fluctuating when connected IO Link Master

Hello Everyone,

I am using PLC, Works and IO version 1.20.5. I have connected PLC with IO module, safeX, Kuka robot and IO Link Master. I am facing issue, when i have connected 8 byte in/8 byte out IO Link Master module to the PLC at that time bit is fluctualting and connection cannot established properly. IO engineering's bus topology shown green. There is no issue in connection but when i replace 8 Bytes data to 16 Bytes in IO enginerring at that time connection established. actual gripper has 8 bytes data. please help me out for this problem.

As there have been no answer up to now and for me it is quite less information could you

• tell which IO-Link device is connected?
• share device description file and documentation of IO-Link device
• tell which bit of which device seems to be fluctuating?
• give some more information e.g. share a PLC and IO project so we could have a look to it?
