Hello Everyone, I am using PLC, Works and IO version 1.20.5. I have connected PLC with IO module, safeX, Kuka robot and IO Link Master. I am facing issue, when i have connected 8 byte in/8 byte out IO Link Master module to the PLC at that time bit is fluctualting and connection cannot established properly. IO engineering's bus topology shown green. There is no issue in connection but when i replace 8 Bytes data to 16 Bytes in IO enginerring at that time connection established. actual gripper has 8 bytes data. please help me out for this problem. Dear Team, I have below configuration and i am using SAFEX C12 with Firmware 212 and Safety engineering app version 1.7.3.9001. i am using ctrlX WORKS version 1.20.5. Communication with KRC5 is okey but i am not able to configure with Inxpect Controller via FSoE. Inxpect Controller have the possibility to use 2, 4, and 16 bytes PDO. i tried with 2 & 4 but i am not able to get statur RUN. I am receiving Alarm 7604, 7608 and so on. Please help me to solve this issue.
