Third party drives( SoftMontion CoE axis) error

Hello all,

I have a customer who is driving the third  Drive with EtherCAT CoE through ctrlX-core using the CiA 402 protocol with Softmotion.

Please check the attachment(ctrlx_ecat_coe.docx) for the problem description.

Does someone know how can I proceed?
