I am trying to to configurate third party EtherCat servo drive which support CiA402 profile to work in MOTION application.I have installed MOTION app version 1.14,PLC,ETHERCAT applications and I have set several attributes:scalingStrategy-COE_CALC_CONTROL, scalingType- LINEAR,numerator-1000, denominator-1000,resolution-4000. When i have run "Motion operation mode" , the following error appears "091F0004 AxisProfile state machine errorSwitch statemachine to Running failed". Can you please suggest me a solution to the error?

Probably it could be the XML file which is loaded into the CtrlX IO Engineering.
Could you share pictures of the configuration of the slave? Maybe there is some incompatibility.
I have tested this .hml file on a Beckhoff PLC and everything works. Now I tried to run another servo motor with CtrX plc and it gives the same error. I am sharing pictures of slave axle settings.
