WebIQ whitescreen - unable to upload project to CORE

Since today i'm unable to upload a project to my CORE via remote WebIQ server. everytime ill try to upload a project webiq designer has white screen and the only thing i can do is exit the application. 

Is there a fix? 

EDIT: I updated my ctrlX system to Ubuntu20 yesterday

I've seen that thread and i've istalled core18 parralel to core20. But I think my problem is different because i've not seen other posts with this problem. Check video in my first comment. 

I can use WebIQ designer normally until i want to upload my project to te CORE. When i login to Remote WebIQ Server, WebIQ will get a white screen and than it wil be unusable.

I also downgraded from 2.10.0 to 2.9.0.

and the white screen still occurs. There is no way for me to upload a project to the core.

What appears to be the problem:

Every project inside WebIQ has a thumbnail. I had a good amount of project inside my WebIQ designer all with a pretty high resolution thumbnail. I seemed to crash because of all those high res thumbnails.

Solution: get rid of the high res thumbnails
