Verbinden der Ctrl-X mit einer externen Linux HMI

Hallo Zusammen,

ich würde gerne die Ctrl-X mit einem WEb Panel HMI der Fa. CHRIS mit Linux Betriebssystem verbinden.
Zur Konfiguration muss im HMI Menü die IPv4 Adresse der Ctrl-X eingegeben werden.

Zuvor habe ich die Verbindung zur Ctrl-X mit einem PC versucht und konnte mich auch auf der Ctrl-X einloggen. Jedoch konnte ich auch hier keinen erfolfreichen Ping ausführen. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich an die IP Adresse der Ctrl-X komme und wie ich diese dann anpingen kann?

Please have a look to to the official quick start guide for ctrlX CORE to see how to connect in the first place. Also a collection of all how to videos and blogs with several information can be found here.

Pinging the ctrlX CORE works just like you do it for all other devices also. Open a terminal and use ping <IP>. Please make sure that it is reachable via the network and no vpn or firewall is blocking the communication.
