Hello,
we've a customer using a WR2107 (FD : 23W09) as a panel for Codesys WebVisu,
the application is very very basic, but we are getting a crash of the KIOSK App at least once a day!
do you have any information about that ?
KIOSK SETTING APP Version : V1.0.6.

Hello,
I'm wondering if this is an issue with the web panel Kiosk mode or the WebVisu app itself. In your screenshot, it looks like that app might also be down, which may cause the Kiosk mode to timeout.
Do you have the proper license installed for Codesys WebVisu extension? I know they allow the application to run for a trial period without the license.
When the web panel is showing this error, can you connect to the WebVisu web server from a different client device?

thanks for your feedback.
don't take into account the error behind. The pop un error appears even when the HMI app is running.
WebVisu is licensed and run on other devices.

Hi Yacine,
just for the record. We have used combination of WebVisu and WR21 panels and haven´t faced this issue yet. So it seems like not general issue.

I have this same issue on my first use of a WR21, with a very simple, single page HMI (2 buttons and a simple level animation and 6 live data displays). Kiosk crashed twice in a day and seems to react more and more slowly the longer it runs.
